Become A Coach
Coaching
The Fort Erie Hawks are excited to invite enthusiastic, positive, and passionate individuals to be part of our coaching team for the upcoming season! Coaching with the Hawks is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference—helping players learn the fundamentals, build confidence, embrace teamwork, and develop a lifelong love for the game of lacrosse in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Whether you’re a returning coach or stepping behind the bench for the first time, we welcome leaders who bring energy, encouragement, and a desire to help our athletes grow both on and off the floor. All coaches are required to meet OLA coaching certification standards and complete a background check. If you’re ready to inspire, mentor, and be part of a great lacrosse community, we’d love to have you join us!
