Student VolunteerS
The Fort Erie Hawks Student Volunteer Program provides a safe and fun environment for high school students to enjoy time with peers while developing valuable leadership skills in a supportive community environment. Volunteers must apply to participate in the program.
Applications open in January of the current season.

→ Complete 40+ hours of community service
→ Ability to use the club as a professional reference
→ Eligible to request a reference letter from the club
→ Opportunity to obtain your NCCP certification

→ Working with instructors to lead stations
→ Working with young players 1:1
→ Helping house league as assistant coaches
→ Taking videos/photos for social media
→ Posting Instagram stories and reels
→ Helping to organize picture day

We are looking for volunteers who are:
→ Great working with small children
→ Compassionate, flexible and good team players
→ Responsible, dependable and punctual

→ Volunteers must be at least 14 years old or older
→ Placements begin in early April
→ Volunteers are required to commit 3 hours per week
→ Background check (for volunteers 18+)
Once you have submitted your application, we will contact you to schedule a group orientation and planning meeting.

Whether you’re interested in assisting with house league game-day operations, coaching, events, fundraising, or behind-the-scenes club activities, there’s a place for you in our Badgers family. Your time and enthusiasm make a meaningful difference in creating a positive, fun, and well-run lacrosse experience for all our athletes.
